On the afternoon of August 15, at the National Military Training Center No.4, the participants in the “Emergency Area” contest within the framework of the International Army Games (Army games) 2022 continued to contest in the 1stage “Special Obstacle Course.”
In this stage, each contingent includes 12 members wearing military uniforms and chemical masks and bringing specialized rescue equipment to conduct 9 lines of the stage. Immediately after the referee signalled the start of the competition, the participants quickly moved to the first position to perform the task of “Fire fighting”, then raised the winch for the members to pass. This performance, participants are required to perform quickly, accurately, and skillfully to release pressure, use nozzles to connect the speculum to the pump, raise the metal winch, install the fixed pins to open paths for other members of their contingent to pass.
At the scene, both the Vietnamese and Russian contingents tried their best, competing in every second. They were cheered excitedly by the fans. With the enthusiastic cheers of their fans, the Vietnamese contingent reached the finish line earlier than the Russian Federation contingent. The final results of the contest will be announced by the Organizing board at the end of the day.
